Privacy Policy
How BlackArbs collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the website, newsletter, inquiries, and related services.
Effective Date: March 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BlackArbs LLC and its affiliates, contractors, agents, and service providers collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process personal information in connection with blackarbs.com, related subdomains, newsletters, inquiry forms, content, and related services.
1. Scope

5. Analytics
BlackArbs currently uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics may collect information such as IP-derived location, browser and device information, referral source, pages viewed, and interaction events through cookies and similar technologies.
More information about how Google uses data is available here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
BlackArbs may also use Cloudflare Turnstile on inquiry forms to distinguish human submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals such as IP address, browser characteristics, and challenge-response metadata for security purposes.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, maintain security, and understand usage.
7. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Hosting, email, analytics, security, payment, and support service providers.
- Professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, or insurers.
- Regulators, courts, or law enforcement where required or appropriate by law.
- Counterparties in a merger, financing, sale, or reorganization.
Based on the current stack reviewed as of March 31, 2026, BlackArbs is not using broader advertising pixels or adtech beyond Google Analytics. Security tooling such as Cloudflare Turnstile may still process limited technical data for abuse prevention. Production settings should still be reviewed periodically.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing activities where applicable law provides such rights.
